The SNGPL website keeps a session in your browser. When it goes stale their page answers with “session timed out” or keeps redirecting. Try this in order:

1. Press Try again below.
2. If the captcha looks wrong or will not refresh, press Ctrl + F5 on SNGPL's page to reload it fresh.
3. Still stuck? Open it in a private / incognito window — that ignores the stale session completely.
4. Or clear cookies for sngpl.com.pk and try again.
